“Love Game” is an emotional piece that mixes together a number of moods. The instrumental is notably composed of piano accompaniment and mellow drum set as percussion which creates a sense of calm at the beginning of the song. However, as the song progresses, the drum set begins to evolve into a higher energy form of percussion with two complementary synths introduced as Nathalie Miranda comes in. This transitions the mood into a more anthemic feel. As the song continues to the next verse, 3mind Blight brings back the sense of calm again. This back and forth can be interpreted as a game similar to a “Love Game.”
