I produced this beat with Tripstar in mind, he had just signed to Moneybagg Yo at the time & I knew wanted him to be apart of my project. When I finished the production on the beat I listened to it over & over and I honestly couldn’t hear anyone else rapping over the track BUT him. I ended up being able to set up a studio session at 4U Recording, I got in touch with his people in his camp ATM & Big Unk and we set it up & knocked it out pretty fast honestly. My brother, DP the Legend, recorded and mixed the session. In my opinion, Tripstar had a different way of recording that was pretty cool to me, it’s like he was punching in each bar, but laying the adlibs down at the same time. Never seen that done before, sh*t was just pretty cool to me. I talked over the intro of the track and the rest is history. Shoutout Bread Gang & Trap Zone.
